I fixed the foam. Previous owner I guess used spray foam. Just know it had sharp edges , I wouldn’t want my butt setting in it.
I just repaired the bottom part the two outside pieces the center insert is not replaced. I did replace a piece on the outer side cause it had to much sprayed on foam on it.

Nice work. Looks almost new. All they need to do is get their detail guy is get that seat insert cleaned.

@rhonda, what is your timeline on a bolster, boxing repair with minimal foam work? Quick fix has me intrigued
