I just upgraded to a servo motor on my Mitsubishi. Du 105–12 and was curious if the needle positioning sensors can be retrofitted to vintage machines as well.? Thank you in advance for any advice they can be given And thank you for the forum in general

should be able to, just depends on holes and their locations but it basically part of it mounts to the center of the handwheel and the other is fixed solid to the machine or table. A bit oversimplified but it's doable.
