The pic on the left is top and pic on the right is the bottom. Any ideas as to why it's sewing like this on the top?

Knots showing on top suggests either too much top tension or too little bobbin tension. Too large of a needle could exaggerate it too

It was too much top tension. I had to turn it almost as far as knob would go. Last week had to crank up the tension lol. Thank you
