am in q fix at the moment. Got a vinyl to recover some old sofas.
They is a new world of torment.
the vinyl is not fitting perfect even though I took the patterns before I cut out the new ones.

any reason why all the setbacks working with hard rigid vinyl?

oh sorry, my question isn't clear.

I bought a vinyl to recover some old sofas but I'm not getting it right when I am sew the back cover to the back rest.
Thing is I realize one part becomes longer than one.

Any reason for this experience?

Getting some correct but not as I wanted.

Can you look at the original fabric you unstitched and see if there are notches for your alignment marks. If so I think I would redo the whole thing.
