Old Man, New Student

Just dropping a line to say "Hello" to the folks in the forum. I've been a jack of all trades for ever. I'm currently getting into a 34 Ford 3 window fiberglass car build and will be doing my own interior.
Stumbled onto "The Lucky Needle" and, without hesitation, I knew this was the place to be for an education in upholstery.
Kudos   to John for being an excellent teacher and willingness to share his knowledge of the trade/talents.
I'm looking forward to any and all I can learn from everyone here and maybe even make a new friend or two....

Cheers :v:

@Lynndon welcome to the forum. Don’t hesitate to ask questions and we all love progress pictures as you go. Even like to see the car without the upholstery!

Thanks Cody... I will be asking questions for sure as I progress along... Can't say I've ever been shy when it comes to talking and I figured out a long time ago, the only dumb question is the one you don't ask  ...

@John, Thanks John, glad to be here. It's been awhile since I checked in and the project won't get off the ground until spring of 2020. I travel a lot delivering new campers around the country to dealerships and intend on slowing down this coming spring to focus on my coupe build. I make it to California quite offend, would like to meet up some day and see your shop. Happy holidays to you and yours.

Hey Lynndon! Good to hear from you. I totally under stand about finding the time to work on projects in between traveling. I travel a lot as well.
It would be great to meet you. I honestly dont have much of a shop right now. I work out of my small 2 car garage at home currently.
