Have you tried to steam it?

what I realized causes this kind of problem is installation and dent on the seat.

when you over stretch a particular place,that affects other parts. you might have to be careful while installing.
on the other hand, some seats become weak over time you might have to fill those places with fibre fill.

That is most likely caused by using too much glue when backing the material with foam.
Try setting it out in the sun for a few hours or steaming the cover from behind

Looks like it was glued, you could try steaming the cover from the inside with a "wand" attachment. No need to hold the steam directly to the cover, more just letting it fill up with steam. If not you can use a heat gun. If its leather it will take care of wrinkles pretty well, vinyl not so much.

If you use a heat gun, I find it helps to condition it again after.

@jdenison89 Just curious, what steamer do you use? I use a Jiffy J-2000

Oh wait I was wrong. I have the J4000 as well. I had no idea you could get a wand attachment for theses. That would help a lot on seat covers. Thanks!! @jdenison89

@John
Yes, its a very nice attachment, really helps on deep bolstered seats and backs. You can also modify some piping to fit as well if you dont want to purchase one.
