Foam in Motorcycle Seats and backrests

I work at a company that makes a lot of backrests. As prices go up, (allegedly) for foam, the powers that be are resorting to more difficult to stuff foam. So, here I am, wanting to learn more about foam. I had been using slip film and a rigged foam table to stuff the backrests, but now there are complaints (one)that the slip film, is causing molding inside the backrest. I need to find an easier way to 1. remove the slip film, 2. Stuff the backrests efficiently without carpal tunnel. If I have a good reason for any idea and I can cost it out to make my point I think they will do it. Our purchaser knows nothing about anything sewing, so please, HELP MEEEEEEE Thank you so much in advance.

Well honestly the slip film isnt whats causing molding. Its that the seat is getting left out rain and getting wet.
Some options other than slip film. You can spray the foam with silicone spray or you can also use the spray on talcum powder that you buy for sweaty feet.

Hope this helps
