What kind of adhesive is best for getting vinyl to secure to foam? I've tried several - 3M 90, 3M 77, Gorilla Glue, Rochford Supply and loctite spray adhesives. None of them hold well. This is for commercial work for dental chairs so need to make sure it holds long term.

Most aerosol adhesives arent that strong. You'll have to use something like helmitin 4510 or woodweld

Which woodweld would you recommend? The helmitin 4510 says its a spray on application. What type of sprayer works for this?

If the glue is the primary way the chair is going to be held together it will fail over time as the foam itself is weak. How is the chair constructed? are there clamps on the bottom holding the top fabric on? Poly Urethane foam will tear, but if your chair has closed cell foam like EPS or another type then glue will hold up better, but for normal upholstery foam it will fail without a mechanical connection on the chair frame.
