To be honest it was pretty easy. I cut 2 peices of foam....angled the edges then wrapped with 1/2" foam. Then dacron. ..or fortrel....or whatever it's called to smooth things out. The foam, patterning, sewing and stapling was probably 2 or 3 hours at most....

Looks really good! What is that carbon fiber like material on the cushions, is it embossed vinyl?

Yeah you can buy vinyl that has a carbon fiber pattern on it.
