I had a customer/friend get a hold of me today about a dash in her Gran Cherokee .
Said it was a factory defect , but she couldn't get it in to get it fixed because everyone is backed up.
Have anyone here heard about this. I havent seen it yet , she gonna bring out tomorrow for me to look at it..

@rhonda, you should be really confident in removal of the dash and refitting of the cover. My very first recommendation would be to start researching adhesive supplier in your area. When you get it in the problem will most likely be in the setting of the cover and not in the material itself. Good luck and give yourself over 12 hours to do this.

I would do this if you are experienced with installation and removal of dashes and the reason this failed is originally an adhesive problem and you need the right materials and skill to pull this off.
