It's definitely tension issue. Either top or bottom :) To begin - we need pic of how your machine threaded.
Let's pretend it's correct - did you change thread size to smaller? Which will require bottom tension adjustment

@B1N9S ,
Go after your bobbin first. Are you winding that bobbin thread correctly? Did you buy that machine used? There could be a lot more to the mess there than just the tension issue. Take that machine to a mechanic if you can for a tune up.

Thanks guys.
I did wind a new bobbin, just before actually ? It was fine before that, come to think of it.
Out of interest, does anyone know how to adjust the tension on these machines ?

Do you have a manual?

I have found a manual online. I have adjusted the bobbin holder tension, it was too tight and I also adjusted the spring tension for the top thread. It seems to be much better now.
Thanks guys.

@B1N9S ,
You are welcome and do not hesitate to take that machine in for service.

To be honest BigRig. The service will cost me more than the machine. This is just for a bit of practice. I've got my eye out for a walking foot.

@B1N9S ,
Trade it off if you can. Seriously if your just going to be hobby related consider that REX portable.

Hey @B1N9S In my experience loose stitching that drastic is either cause by the thread not traveling through the tension disks or the bobbing thread not traveling through the bobbin tension spring. Make sure to check the manual and make 100% sure you have everything threaded correctly.
