This pfaff is a used machine but it has pneumatic connections with a solenoid mechanism. The question is,can the machine operate efficiently without the pneumatic system? What possible challenges may surface if it is to work like that?

If it has a pneumatic drive, it can easily be swapped for a servo motor and that will operate normally. The solenoids and extra connections are probably for some extra function such as foot lift. You would lose any extra functions like that that require air, if it has pneumatic foot lift, the knee lift may not be set up at all

Thank you all for the advise. @ Adams12. Thanks for the suggestions. I was able to reach a company call DCR in the UK. The suggestions given are similar to you have said but I am trying to get for information on it. They seem to be good at their work.
