Pfaff 145 H4 Rotary Hook

Hi guys,
New to upholstery and the forum. I am looking for a new rotary hook for my machine.
The hook I have is stamped 10849. All I can find online is 91-010850-91. These are on eBay from China.
Does anyone know where I can find one?

Diamond Needle Company has a lot of Pfaff parts. diamondneedle.com
I tried to attach a parts book but it might be too big.

There's a table of the main wear parts later in this manual. I see diamond needle has at least one of the hook assemblies.
