Hi Everyone,

I'm not new to sewing but I am new to the industrial sewing machine and am currently learning upholstery to fill a huge demand in the automotive industry and to help keep this dying trade alive! I'm proud to show off my first ever upholstery project. I am currently a massage therapist, so this is from my old massage table. I even sewed in a zipper! I am currently recovering the table (a way more simple job) and will post that once it's done.

Thanks @John for putting together such a comprehensive course.
I'm really enjoying the videos!

Table finished. I'm working out of my home and the garage is being occupied by my husband's BMW 20.02. so I temporarily converted my kitchen table into a work bench! No sewing machine used in this project, just a staple puller, a bit of glue, a steamer and an old-fashioned staple gun. Whoever made the table used way too many staples which ended up cutting the vinyl, so I spaced out my staples and made a couple of other improvements.

The corners look great , as does the whole table.
