Need advice on hog rings. What size and where to get? I got some metal ones which fold into triangle and not very nice. Looking for copper maybe? But they come in multiple sizes, not sure which ones I need.

Also, which pliers?
And what do you use to remove existing ones?

You are not going to see the Hog Rings once clammped and the triangle part is to secure the fabric or cord in the listing material.

@BigRig No, we don't have princess auto, I'm in USA.
I have this set:

And it's awkward to use. Rings constantly jump out of the pliers and if I try to keep them in - they get closed before I set them on material. Also need something to remove old ones.

@IvanD ,

Small bolt cutters to remove. My Hog Rings do the exact same thing as yours.

I like cs osborne hog ring pliers https://amzn.to/2BwYK0j

I use regular 3/4" steel hog rings like these https://www.albrightssupply.com/Hog-Rin ... Click=3957

I also use mini bolt cutters to remove them. Like these here. https://amzn.to/2UIopfb or https://amzn.to/2QYXUTy
some people use regular side cutters but your hands will be useless after one seat.

What do you think about their angled ones? I think those might be more usable? Lot of times at least in my project it's not a straight deal

According to Amazon reviews good pliers will fix issue with "falling out" rings.
