So what is a good all purpose aerosol spray glue for foam and scrim?

3M Super 77. You can get it at just about any part store or hardware store.

Spray can glue I just buy what ever is cheapest at the supplier at the time.

Lepages Upholstery in the blue can has held up for multiple applications for me.
