Can someone tell me how to do these seams? Is just stitched together between separate layers of scrim foam? Pics would be helpful of possible.

I'm not super experience but I have an interest in getting better at seat upholstery. I've made a few MC seat covers. Here's what I see without seeing the back side. The upper seam to me looks like both sides are laminated to a backing foam, the seam is made by placing them good side to good side and stitching on the seam allowance line and trimming closely after stitching. The lower seam doesn't have foam laminated to the piece on the bottom edge of the seat. The seam starts the same, good to good and then stitch on the seam allowance line. After that you open up and run your top stitch lines. Then trim the excess after the top stitch is done. The topstitch is so perfectly parallel it might have been done with a 2 needle machine but I would expect them to be perfectly aligned stitch for stitch so I'm not sure about that. If it was done in two passes it's a masterful job, I'd do just one row of top stitch.

I'd like to hear from someone with more experience but that's my $0.02 worth.

I like to use 1/4 sew foam along the boxing but from what I read you have it in good order. It may come out with a good for or not, not always whay you expect.

There is a layer of scrim foam backing each piece. That's what gives the depth. You could use 1/8 or 1/4 inch
