Waterproof Panel Board

I would like to use ABS sheet for my door panels but shipping is very high. How does waterproof panel board compare to ABS sheet plastic?
In my opinion ABS is much better material. The panel board says its water proof but.... It always seems to warp after a few years. There is a reason they don't use it in new cars any more.
Where are you located? There has to be a place to source ABS sheet locally. I made a video about finding an ABS supplier here.
Also something to note. A lot of people say PVC foam board works great for door panels. You can buy this at home depot. I have not tested it out yet but a lot of people like it.
