So Ive been wanting to improve my design skills. Recently I decided to try out a computer drawing program called Sketch Book Pro. I'm designing an interior for a 55 chevy will most likely be working on soon. As well as filming a lot of new videos on this project.
It took me about one day to learn the program. Then another day or two playing around with ideas to get a design I think I like. These are them here.

All I did was use the same process as the design video I made here. Just did it on the computer instead of paper.

Now don't mistake me for a real artist. That's a skill I have a lot of improvement that's is needed. I defiantly wanted to throw my tablet at the wall quite a few times because you always run into frustration when learning something new.

That being said. I really like how with this program you can use layers and turn them on and off. This way you can toggle between colors and designs. One thing that is really cool is you can select a section of your drawing and contain you coloring to the selection. Haha this way you can color like a 2 year old and it will keep you in the lines automatically. Also the infinite color options is really nice! There is also a setting that automatically smooths out your shaky hand when drawing.
I might do a video on this once or if I get better at using it.

That's cool John but now I need a tablet, something else I know nothing about ha ha. Maybe I can get my 11 year old granddaughter to show how to use it.

Haha! There is nothing wrong the flash light and paper method. But who knows maybe your granddaughter can design you some amazing interiors.

Bondo,

You make me laugh! I had to renew my cell phone and fought with the company, even phoned sony to complain how their products are not like the past. My charging port wore down and I went for months using dielectric grease to make a charging connection between the charger and the phone. It finally gave and I had to get a new phone at that time I got a new tablet for only $15 a month. I never figured out how to use it and there are no paper instructions in anything anymore. It sat and ran up huge amounts of data. I quickly gave it to my daughter so data problem solved. What an expensive venture ha ha.
