Another first for me! Patterned in 2 pieces. Used the Consew to punch holes. Glued down all but 1/4" stitch line. Hand sewn using baseball stitch. Customer wasn't worried about rubber boot as it would be under seat but I thought it needed finishing. It may get burled wood knob to match the dash.

It looks great!!! I began working with leather and upholstery in general after watching Cechaflo's YouTube video about leather wrapping an E-brake, and yours looks impeccable! :heart_eyes:

@kl4bidn ,

This has come up in discussion with Leather Johnny and I about small spaces.

It looks like you are well organized out of your basement?

@BigRig Actually, I have a full blown shop/storefront. It's not air conditioned and really not conducive to spraying glue. So, what you are seeing is the barn at my house where my husband and son do diesel truck, car and dirt bike repair. They have a big exhaust fan which really helped with the fumes and dry time, especially with the humidity we've been having in upstate NY.

@John ohn, I missed this question. I've started to convert a 30'x30' barn loft into my home shop and downstairs I will be able to work on a car. Darn winter put a slowdown on it.

Good work @kl4bidn
However, if you want to know what REAL humidity feels like come down to my area about late August. :rofl:

On a side note: I find it interesting that WE ALL pay some sort of homage to a man who has never had a spoken word on his videos. Which is very interesting in our day and time. :wink:
In fact, I don't think that I have ever even seen his face clearly. :confused:

Another side note: Thank you @John for your efforts to make this place possible. It is a great place to be. :thumbsup:

Thanks @Cale . I think no audio makes you pay attention more. The knowledge in an old person nurreled hands has always fascinated me.
