I have an Extended Care Facility bringing me material to make them 04 vinyl and fleece table cloths each a different shape. Maybe strange because it is so far off from trimming interiors but anything I think my machine will sew.

Nice! I used to do a lot of outdoor table covers. There is good money in those jobs.

What material do you even use for outdoor table clothes? Vinyl?

@BigRig id be interested in seeing what they send. Not that I have any plans to make anything like this, but it never hurts to learn a thing or 2 just Incase.

@Cody, I can post a picture of the tables they sent me pictures of. They delivered the fabric and it is much thicker material clearly indoor application and wondering if I can use my Nylon thread stock for this project.

Various sizes and seams were zig zagged on factory covers.
Have a huge roll of white 92 Nylon I need to start using and new fabric is beige.

Lots of covers for all sorts of things in those facilities. When touring I even seen the vinyl on the wheel chairs needed care. I really look forward to sewing for the old folks, a good way to give back to the pioneers who built our country.

I don't know if this is the strangest thing I have ever sewn, but it's what happens when you have time on your hands. Five gallon bucket trash cans.

Covers are looking good. 100 that a killer job. I bet by the time you’re done you have quit the system down! Which is good if you’re like me and will eventually get sick of them lol.

Trying to find a 28 guage vinyl with a floral pattern now. The boss likes flowers, I am trying to convince them to just stay with the beige.

@BigRig You gonna have to look at a place that specializes in furniture fabrics. I dont think a place like albrights will have something with a flower pattern. Haha
