@Cale Totally agree! The smell I love and makes me think quality too. But then I see the price difference and reconsider :joy:

Hi folks, new guy here. I have the perfect solution for you regarding leather smell with vinyl upholstery. You can get esential oils that smell exactly like leather and last a long time. I wouldn't put it directly on the vinyl but you could soak a piece of felt and stick it out of sight under the seat.

I am currently working on a 1952 MG TD. I am replacing the non-existent leather with bonded leather that actually smells like leather. Does anyone on here have any experience with an 80% polyethylene 14 oz bonded leather? I don't expect it to perform as well as leather but the vehicle will not be used as a daily driver.

Thanks for the great tip. I never considered using essential oils.

I dont have any experience the bonded leather. Sorry...
