@vicstric I’m not going to lie I’m terrible with pricing as I feel people hear it and are gonna walk away before I even say anything and instantly undercut myself. Eventually if they knew to wait it out by the time I got done fighting myself internally over a price to quote, I’d drop
It in half for them lol. But no I think you’re on the right track. But I also agree with @John if you can see the brand of chair while measuring to give a quote I sometimes remember it and search for it online to see what a new one costs. I’ve found that sometimes a new mass produced chair can be brighten for cheaper than what I can make it for. I’m honest and tell the customer. I feel the honesty helps them respect you more in the long run especially with large orders like what you’re negotiating. I’ve had customers pay asking price for the more expensive recover, knowing they can buy new cheaper on the less expensive and became out ahead. Less work but repeat customer who keeps paying. But also, like job said cheaper by the dozen. Both for you buying materials and for customer work.

@Cody Yeah pricing is one of the hardest things to do. It get easier with time. Some people will complain about the price even if you charge them $1. You time and skills are valuable don't sell it too cheep.

Nice, sounds like a good gig. Hopefully all the chairs are the same and you can make templates to speed things up.
I do some of this “medical grade” type work and know how expensive those fabrics are. Congrats.

@vicstric ,
I have 60 office chairs coming to me next week. I really want this job so we will be doing chairs together.

@vicstric ,
In my opinion it is a more sanitary table and looks better.
Congratulations, as I also think that the design of this upholstery looks better now than before!
