Wondering if anyone has used channel foam for the pleats (OK, "tuck and roll"). I want the rounded pleats like shown here by John but I'm a novice so I don't know if I can do it like he shows. It seems discussing tuck and roll methods is sort of like discussing politics or religion so i don't mean to start that. I'm just a rookie looking to get the rounded pleats. Im sort of thinking I should just follow the Lucky Needle method and do my best. Thoughts anyone??

There are multiple ways of getting a round pleat look. Tuck and roll is just one way that is very traditional. Problem is that method is a lot of work.
I would also consider hidden stitch pleats of channel tuck & roll.
