What material thickness is being used for the door panel board? I looked at the video again but I did not catch how thick the ABS or plywood thickness was.

What thickness plywood sheet is being used, in south eastern Ohio it gets extremely in a closed car in the summer months so I was trying to stay clear of ABS material and 1/8 Haywood is hard to find locally. All I have found is 1/8 tempered hardboard.

I use 1/8" ply wood from home depot. There is probably cheaper more quality places to buy it. But home depot is convenient for me.

I have 3 big box lumber stores near me Home Depot, Lowes and Menards and none of the 3 stock 1/8 thick plywood only tempered hardboard.

Maybe try a lumber supply store. 1/8 tempered hard board will work as well.

I found some today at a specialty lumber supply close to me, they had (1) 4' x 8' sheet. That won't be enough to do the entire wagon but it is a start. I got one door panel cut out today.

I think menards has it but as a floor underlayment. Not sure if it’s 1/8” might be more 3/16”. Ive used it for other things than floor underlayment and had good results. I would think being under floors it would have to take moisture pretty well. Might give this a try?
