How can I remove the stand table from the armrest? Please advise me

Don't know for sure but it looks like the cover you have a separate picture of will unscrew and then you could remove the arm and base which might be screwed into the arm of the chair. They make spanner wrenches but maybe a couple of correct size bolts and a piece of wood between them to unscrew it. Again, I'm only guessing but thought it might help some way.

I tried to unscrew, but I couldn't. Broke special tool.

I gotta say I agree with fibersport. it really looks like you need a pin spanner and then unscrew the top.
