Curious how you're going to do this. I have a set of covers made for my boat but I don't have any of the seat bottoms. I was going to use the covers as patterns but am wondering if you add or subtract anything to make sure it fits right, then there's the foam too. I do know the covers are correct as they were sewn by the same two women who made them for the boat manufacturer years ago, they have the original patterns.

Well. I have done a few. I know the foam is about an 1/8 inch larger than frame. Using the pattern as an example. If I get it a little smaller than it actually was. I’ll be fine. Getting it to big and it not fitting back in the boat , not good. I know it’s a 1994.

I hope I don’t have many of those. They brought the back part later. It was fiberglass. Still had to replace wood on the ends. Replace the staple strips on the back. I had to heat the fiberglass up to get it to take a staple. I guess there is a trick to that.
