Is there an "official" name for this type of cover?



I've been calling it a mooring cover.
The slip neighbor to this boat has a the same make/model of boat, Marlow-Hunter 31, and I have taken the job of making him a similar cover.
Rough dimensions are 18'x12'. should be a fairly straightforward piece with the overall size being the hard part to deal with.
