My next project is a wood frame car. From those that have tackled the wood frame vehicles before, any suggestions? What have you used to attach the panels to the wood? Thanks in advance

I used Christmas tree fasteners. I did some experimenting with various sized holes until I found what I thought was the proper size. If you have to remove the fasteners a few times it does take its toll on them.

They are black (usually) with 1/2" to 1" head. Various lengths. The shaft that would go into a hole in a metal frame, has ribs that when pushed in a hole would be a bit difficult to pull out.
I have used them in wood such as on a model A. Company named AU-CE-CO makes them. I would think any upholstery supply would have them.

Never done a wood framed car but LLeeT is correct my preferred avueco 808 frog leg clips wont work on that. You'll have to use the Christmas tree clips.
