Hey guys! Sorry I haven't been on here as much lately. I am currently in the process of getting my new shop built. My brother and I are currently working hard clearing the area where the shop is going. I wanted to post a picture of the building I ordered. This new shop will all me to have the space to film larger project like boats!

That's the size I have, and wish it was bigger. I bought mine from Mueller out of New Mexico. No one in Az could come close to their price, I paid a little under $8,500.00 delivered. I had a crew from Mesa do the dig and concrete, and I put the building up myself. The 10' high door is nice, but birds find their way in from time to time. Insulation is a must, mine would hit 120 in the summer, and I'm in the mountains, winters can be bloody cold. I also installed a split system in it, nothing like AC and heat.

Thanks everyone!

@Rug Dr. $8500!! :weary: I'm jealous! Construction prices have gone crazy high in the last year. I payed $18,000 for that building and that was actually a good deal compared to other quotes I was giving. I wanted orginally to do a 3000 sf shop but it was just way to expensive. When I originally priced things out a few years ago it was affordable but now everything is 3 times the price...

Nice one John, that'll be an awesome space.
We're hoping to move house next year to somewhere with a little more room. Doing upholstery from our 2 bed terraced house is becoming a bit of a challenge!

Thanks James! I know how that goes. When I first started my upholstery business I was working out of my bedroom at my parents house. I had a sheet of wood I would lay over my bed for a lay out table and would lean it against the wall at night to sleep.

Might as well clear enough land to build a second one. It will fill up before you know it. I have a 40x50 and we are thinking of building another 40x 60.
