(No reason to post two identical messages! You won't get more replies, only annoy the members.)

Your message(s) are not really clear... Are you asking what YOU should pay someone to do the work, or what you should CHARGE someone? ("what should be paying for it")

You'll have to supply more specs for the work required... fabric choice, hardware needed, sizes, etc. etc.

So many variables... if you have to keep thise U zippers, expect an extra charge. Strataglass is well over$200 for a 4x8 sheet (my cost, no upcharge), you will need 2, maybe 3 depending on how you want the aft curtain done. Cheap flimsy rolled 16guage can be about ten bucks a yard and lots of products in between. Cant tell if there are fastners on the back of the hard top, that's a wild card. Single zipper entry on the aft panel vs a roll up door. Costs extra if you can't bring it to the shop because you'll be paying travel time. Plus there are various ways to finish that aft curtain from basic to fancy, do you want PTFE vs polyester thread. The list goes on. At a glance, i would bid 1.5-2 days + materials on a basic aft curtain. And a half day to a full day + materials on the replacement glass depending on the U zippers. Local rates will vary but $100/hr makes for easy math

Sorry about the double post everyone. I didnt realize it went on twice.

I calculated it very much the same I think. I would have to make 2 inserts to get around the hardtop frame. U zippers will all be replaced. Judging from what you said I think I might be on target. I estimated about 20 hours plus materials for the rear wall and the 2 inserts on the sides. 15 hours for the glass replacement and new U zippers for the windows.

Thanks for the info I was not sure if my numbers were on target

Hi @BWfabrication Welcome to the forum!

I think your spot on with your hours estimation. So just multiply that by $100 per hour add materials cost and thats should be a good estimate.
