Hello,
Ive been having a problem with my Pfaff 1245 industrial Machine.
The Pfaff 1245 has a knee lifting that is hurting my own knee. I’m looking for an automatic knee lifting easy to use without having to spend $5.000 for a new machine. Could you please help.

@Rose Prestwich , why is it hurting your knee? Is it too hard to push or do you have preexisting knee problems that the knee pedal is aggravating?

The electric and foot lift options are generally part of a system on a full function sewing machine and will have wire harness that is unique to that system. It is feasible to think you could take an electric foot lift setup and re-wire it with a momentary switch that would activate it. How about converting it to use a pedal you press with your foot? It would be cheaper and less complicated. There are pneumatic devices too, if you have air, we can get into that

@Adam12 , oh wow that is a lot of information on the foot lift. Mine does not really work well enough to consider using it. @Rose Prestwich How often do you sue your lift?
