I do know that Jack is showing up more and more in sewing stores. The company is china based but has been incorporating German technology into these machines for over ten years now.
@poolslot , looks like a machine I would use in a second and very similar to the Yamata. I think if the chinese made machines very smoothed out after casting they would all look much more professional or TOUGH.
Yeah 241 is a triple feed. Never heard of Mason sewing machines but i did find one with a Google search and it has a Nakajima made in Japan tag on the backside. I believe Juki bought out Nakajima years ago. It looks like a 241 as well. I wouldn't hesitate to own one knowing that
