Hi All,
Just finished this rear seat for a 51 Chevy. Went pretty well for first try. Couldn’t have done it without the Lucky Needle videos. Using tweed fabric as I didn’t want to learn on $125 yard wool broadcloth. Using a Juki LU563. A jiffy steamer has been key in getting nice smooth seams. New foam and a created new pattern. Old covers were ok for a pattern but with the foam vs. the old cotton batting wasn’t sure how it would they would fit using old covers for pattern. Has been good practice before I start on the front where everything is much more visible. Image
