I have an office chair which is showing signs of wear. The arms are some kind of vinyl/fabric combination which is peeling, as the photo shows. What is the best way to refurbish this?

Best and easiest way will be to recover the arm rests with new material.

Thanks. I'm completely inexperienced in repairing upholstery. Can you point me to somewhere that would guide me?

Our apprentice course would be a great starting point for you to learn upholstery.
